I just checked the big blue and yellow store price. They were charging 10x the price here. 10x!!! These are digital signals, unlike analog there is no loss on a cable and you can’t strive for minimal loss. It will either work or it won’t. This cable works, plain and simple. If you pay more than what Mediabridge charges, you over paid, sorry.

As other reviews for this item, and hdmi cable from Mediabridge mentioned, cables from Mediabridge are fantastic. Very durable build… but hdmi part fits too tight. This is something good if you intend to connect your desktop computer and television, and leave the cable connected for months or years.
But in contrast, I bought these cables to connect laptop with hdmi output and monitors that accept dvi inputs. I bring my laptop to work, so these cables get plugged and unplugged several times every day. And these cables are so hard to unplug so that now I am a bit worried if I might accidentally damage the only hdmi port on the laptop. I purchased two cables and both are exactly the same, so I believe these cables are designed to be like this. (But on the other hand, two cables being exactly the same may mean that Mediabridge has good quality control…)

I use this hdmi to dvi cable for my computer to monitor connection. It is constructly well and the signal comes across just fine. I’d not pay more for a connection.

My port replicator outputs are VGA and DVI, my (2) monitor inputs are VGA and HDMI, so I needed a DVI to HDMI conversion to support dual monitors. The price and Prime shipping made it worth a try. The quality is good and it performs as advertised.

As part of our switch to using an HDMI switch box, we picked up this cable for connection between the box and our laptop docking station.
The only real downside my husband noted was in the cable’s construction. He said it was on the thin/flimsy side and didn’t expect it would be long lasting.
But then again we only paid $8 for it and it qualified for FREE SHIPPING.
